聚乙二醇添加量对TiO_2薄膜光催化性能的影响

摘要

采用溶胶-凝胶法,以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,以不同添加量的聚乙二醇(PEG,分子量2000)为添加剂. 在普通载玻片上制备结构可控的多孔TIO2纳米薄膜。结果表明:通过调节PEG添加量,可以有效地调控薄 膜的结构(如孔径和孔分布),增大比表面积,进而可提高光催化活性。

Abstract

Influence of PEG Addition on the Properties of TiO_2 Thin Films Chen Wenmei Zhao XiujianTiO2 porous nanometer thin films with controlled structure desposited on slide glass substrates were prepared from TiO2 sol ln the presence of PEG by sol-gel method. The results showed that the addition of PEG could adjust the morphology of thin films, such as pore size and pore distribution. As a result, it has been found that the specific surface area was increased and the phutocatalytic activity was improved.Sol-Gel; PEG ; TiO2 porous nanometer thin films ; controlled structure; photocatalysis
